Once you have steps one through four down, lay on your side with the bottom leg straight. Your upper leg should be bent. Another position that works great are both knees to the chest. It is important to find a comfortable position once the CBD suppository is in place. Some use a pillow under their bottom to assist the CBD staying in the desired area. Insert the CBD suppository as deep as possible, past the sphincter muscle. If the suppository falls out, it was not inserted far enough. With this said, if any of the suppositories get smashed or broken, they can be reformed by melting them and placing the suppositories back in the fridge. 1. Place the white shells in warm (not hot) water until they’re fully melted. (Squeeze gently to test.)
2. Place them in the freezer for 2 hours until firm. Voila…Back to normal!
