Once you have steps one through four down, lay on your side with the bottom leg straight. Your upper leg should be bent. Another position that works great are both knees to the chest. It is important to find a comfortable position once the CBD suppository is in place. Some use a pillow under their bottom to assist the CBD staying in the desired area. Insert the CBD suppository as deep as possible, past the sphincter muscle. If the suppository falls out, it was not inserted far enough. Once the hemp suppository is in place, hold the position for around 15 minutes. When you feel the suppository has melted and gone into the body you can sit up. It is common to have some oil drip out.

Hemp Suppositories with CBD will melt easily. They will start to melt when they go above 78°. It is recommended to store the hemp suppositories in the fridge until needed. With this said, if any of the suppositories get smashed or broken, they can be reformed by melting them and placing the suppositories back in the fridge. Our products ship out of Florida, and the suppositories WILL melt during the warm months. Don’t worry, the suppositories are made by melting down all the ingredients and chilling them in their shells! Follow these easy steps to ensure your suppositories reform properly.

1. Place the white shells in warm (not hot) water until they’re fully melted. (Squeeze gently to test.)
2. Place them in the freezer for 2 hours until firm. Voila…Back to normal!
