MedRoots, LLC generally ships via USPS within the United States, including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska and other US territories, and International orders are shipped via USPS International and incur additional shipping charges. These charges will be detailed as part collecting payment in the shopping cart. International orders do not quality for free shipping.

All MedRoots, LLC products are legal within the United States and territories. Each country has their own rules and regulations and taxes related to the import of products into that country. It shall be the Customer’s liability to ensure that products ordered for international delivery meet the requirements for import into their country, as well as any import taxes and duties that may be incurred. MedRoots, LLC assumes NO LIABILITY for any products ordered which are held up in another Country’s Customs department for any reason.

Some countries may charge you an additional customs fee or import tax. We’re sorry but we just can’t know which countries will do this and we can’t be responsible for it in any way.

As we are notified of issues with importing any of the MedRoots, LLC products into various countries, we will post that information to the product page in the shopping cart.

How long will it take me to receive my order?

Customers from the United States and its territories with confirmed orders can expect to receive their orders to ship within 3-5 business days.

International orders are normally shipped by USPS and are normally delivered within 10-14 days of being confirmed, but depending on the Country, day being shipped, holidays, Customs clearance delays, some orders may take slightly longer. Customers will be provided with tracking numbers to check the status of the shipments.

Outbound Shipment

Damage Claims
