How does MedRoots ship wholesale orders?
How does MedRoots ship wholesale orders?
We typically ship via FedEx 2 day within the continental US. However, this may change at any time for specific circumstances. Cost will depend on the quantity, weight of products, and your shipping location. We strive to have your order out within two business days of payment. Expedited shipping is available upon request.
We do NOT ship to PO Boxes.
International orders will be handled on a case by case basis. Please contact us.
Once your products go out for shipping our operations team will email you the tracking information for your package(s).
MedRoots only ships Monday through Friday (not including company holidays). FedEx doesn’t deliver to businesses on Sunday. FedEx Saturday deliveries have an extra charge.

MedRoots has low minimum order quantities so all business sizes can take advantage of offering MedRoots products in their store. We work with small and large organizations. No matter your volume please contact us and we will work with you.

Absolutely! We strive to produce the highest quality products and customer support that we should never see a product return. However, life does happen. If that is the case please contact us at info@medroots.com.
We will review each return on a case-by-case basis. When a refund is approved, we will issue a check within two business days (not including company holidays). In some cases we will refund your credit card, though this is not standard practice. For larger orders, a bank wire refund may be issued.
There is a 20% restocking fee on returns.
